HOA Board and Committees
The McCullough HOA Board and Committees are a necessity for continuing to enhance our neighborhood value and foster an outstanding and attractive community. Both the Board and Committees are led by resident volunteers and have a specific purpose as outlined in the committee charters below. The Committees help the HOA Board do its job more efficiently and are the lifeblood of the HOA. More importantly, committees offer community members a chance to be involved with the Board to continue to best manage the community for all homeowners.
