ANNUAL MEETINGS As dictated by your Association's governing documents, your community must have an annual meeting of the membership. The annual meeting of the membership is a community-wide meeting where all homeowners are invited. The purpose of the annual meeting is to update the membership of any ongoing projects, review the Association's financials and budget, elect board members, and to field questions from the membership.
