The clubhouse is available in the following order of priority:
1. Board and Community Meetings
2. Committee Meetings
3. Community Events
4. Private Rentals: please use the link below in Step 4.
5. Clubs and Groups (Non-profit and open to all McCullough residents): please use this link to request
Step 1) Please review the calendar above for availability. Note: You must be logged into your account to view all scheduled events.
Step 2) Review rental fees, security deposit, and cleaning fee information below:
RENTAL FEE: $300 for a 6-hour rental, $50 per additional hour, up to a maximum of 10 hours
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Any damage resulting from your rental may be charged to your HOA account

Step 5) Once you submit your request form, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment. Please allow 5 business days for rentals to be processed.
Step 6) Once your rental request is reviewed, you will receive an additional automated email with a denial or approval. If your request is approved, please use the link within the email to make your payment.
