The clubhouse is available in the following order of priority: 1. Board and Community Meetings 2. Committee Meetings 3. Community Events 4. Private Rentals: The clubhouse can be rented for personal, private events such as family gatherings, birthday parties, or other events not open to the entire community. To reserve the space, please use the link provided in Step 4 below. 5. Clubs and Groups Clubs and Groups (Must be a non-profit and open to all McCullough residents): Clubs or groups that are open to any McCullough resident and are not for private or commercial use can also use the clubhouse, but these events must be accessible to everyone in the community. Examples include group activities like Girl Scouts, Bunco, Poker Night, or the Retiree Club. These events are not private rentals, and reservations should be made using the link in Step 8 below. |
Steps to request a clubhouse reservation:
Step 1) Please review the calendar above for availability. Note: You must be logged into your account to view all scheduled events.
Step 2) Review rental fees, security deposit, and cleaning fee information below:
RENTAL FEE: $300 for a 6-hour rental, $50 per additional hour, up to a maximum of 10 hours
- Rental time must include set up & clean up time
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Any damage resulting from your rental may be charged to your HOA account

- The clubhouse is not permitted to be rented if McCullough Neighborhood assessments are in arrears.
- Alcoholic beverages:
- may be served or provided only if the renting homeowner provides proof of host liquor liability insurance before the event. This coverage must:
- have a combined single limit minimum coverage of one million dollars ($1,000,000) covering injuries, deaths, or damages.
- may be accomplished through a general liability or excess liability (umbrella) rider to the homeowner’s policy, or through a separate “event” policy, provided that the rider or additional policy specifically covers host liquor liability.
- proof of such insurance must be attached when the reservation request form (below) is returned to the Manager. If insurance is obtained after the reservation request form is submitted, please email a copy of the insurance coverage to the Manager at McCullough@Kuester.com.
the insurance policy must name McCullough Neighborhood HOA and Kuester Management Group as “Named Additional Insured”.
- Setup & Cleanup:
- Please note if your rental request form indicates an event from 11 AM to 4 PM, your setup time will begin at 11 AM, and cleanup must be completed by 4 PM.
- You are permitted to rearrange the furniture within the clubhouse, however, it cannot be removed. Please use caution with the couch legs and lift them over the edges of the rug.
- Decorations:
- No glitter or confetti is permitted in the clubhouse.
- A $50 fee may be charged for cleaning glitter or confetti, or for removing balloons left on the ceiling and addressing any resulting damage from hanging balloons.
- Gym:
- McCullough residents are still permitted to use the gym facilities & restrooms during the rental. The renter is NOT permitted to request gym-goers leave.
- Pool use & Swimsuits:
- Use of the pool is not included in the clubhouse rental. No rentals for the pool and the clubhouse will be permitted simultaneously.
- No wet swimsuits are permitted inside the clubhouse.
- The gate near the clubhouse cannot be opened at any time.
- Cancellation of events:
- Cancellations must be provided 15 days before the event for a full refund of the rental fee. If you need to cancel your event, please email McCullough@kuester.com.
- Cancellations less than 15 days before the event will result in the loss of the rental fee.
- Non-Resident Policy:
- Non-residents are not permitted to rent the clubhouse.
- Access to Gain Entry:
- Your amenity access card is active.
- If you need to request a card, please submit the request no later than 2 weeks prior to your event to allow time for the vendor to mail the card to you.
- Rental requests: Requests submitted less than 14 business days before the event will only be considered under special circumstances and will not approved as a standard practice.
Step 5) Once you submit your request form, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment. Please allow 5 business days for rentals to be processed.
Step 6) Once your rental request is reviewed, you will receive an additional automated email with a denial or approval. If your request is approved, please use the link within the email to make your payment.
Cleaning:
- Clean all tabletops/chairs of any food/debris
- Remove all decorations and any tape used to secure them
- Clean the kitchen (including all surfaces) and dispose of any leftover food
- Sweep up and dispose of all debris
- Dispose of any trash in the cans outside the clubhouse, if it doesn’t fit, the renter must remove trash from the premises.
