McCullough Clubhouse Rental Guidelines

Welcome to the McCullough Clubhouse! Please review the following details to plan your event:

Who Gets to Use the Clubhouse (and When)

The clubhouse is available in the following order of priority:

Board and Community Meetings
Committee Meetings
Community Events
Private Rentals
Planning a birthday party, family get-together, or another private event? The clubhouse is available to rent for personal use - as long as the event isn’t open to the whole community.

Clubs and Community Groups (Non-profit and open to all McCullough residents)
If you're part of a group or club that’s open to all residents - like Girl Scouts, Bunco, or the Retiree Club - you can reserve the clubhouse too! Just make sure the event is free and open to everyone in the community.

Steps to request a clubhouse reservation:

Please review the calendar below for availability. Note: You must be logged into your account to view all scheduled events.

RENTAL FEE: $300 for a 6-hour rental, $50 per additional hour, up to a maximum of 10 hours

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Any damage resulting from your rental may be charged to your HOA account

CLEANING FEE: A $150 cleaning fee may be charged to the account if the renter fails to carry out cleaning according to the guidelines below

Rental Fees are paid online. Note, that the payment link will be included in the email you receive following your approved rental

McCullough Clubhouse Rental Guidelines

Account Status: Your HOA assessments must be current to reserve the clubhouse.
Non-Residents: Not permitted to rent the clubhouse.
Rental Notice: Requests submitted fewer than 14 business days before the event will only be considered under special circumstances.

Alcohol may be served only if you provide host liquor liability insurance.
Insurance must:
- Have $1,000,000 minimum coverage for injury, death, or damage.
- Be in the form of a general/excess liability rider or event policy.
- Specifically cover host liquor liability.
- Name McCullough Neighborhood HOA and Kuester Management Group as additional insured.
Submit proof of insurance with your reservation request or email it to McCullough@Kuester.com.

Your rental time includes setup and cleanup.
(If your event is from 11 AM–4 PM, setup starts at 11 AM, and cleanup must be done by 4 PM.)
You may rearrange furniture but do not remove it from the clubhouse.
Lift couches carefully over rugs to prevent damage.

No glitter or confetti is allowed.
A $50 fee may be charged if:
- Glitter/confetti is used
- Balloons are left on the ceiling
- Any damage occurs from hanging items

The gym remains open during rentals. Renters may not ask gym users to leave.
Pool access is not included with clubhouse rentals.
Wet swimsuits are not allowed inside the clubhouse.
The gate near the clubhouse must remain closed.

Cancel at least 15 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will result in loss of the rental fee.

Your amenity access card will provide entry.
Don’t have a card? Submit a request at least 2 weeks in advance of your event to allow time for processing and delivery.
