Purpose: 

The purpose of the Maintenance Committee is to assist the Springfield Property Owners Association’s On-Site Manager to “repair and maintain” common areas within Springfield. Such responsibilities shall include:

• Management of POA Common areas other than mowing and landscaping.
• Maintenance and installation of irrigating, lighting and electrical systems.
• Maintenance of structures, signs, fences and utilities other than the swimming pool.
• Over sight of storm water runoff and dry pond maintenance.
• Liaison with City and County offices on codes and inspections.
• Liaison with all POA committees where common responsibilities occur.
• Assist in the management and repair of other committee projects.
• Develop a forward-looking, line item maintenance budget that coincides with the
• Capital Reserve sinking fund allocations. Assist the Board in implementation of the asset management.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of future POA physical projects.
• Develop a committee of residents who will maintain surveillance of the property and management of approved projects.
