Purpose: To make recommendations to the Board for improvements and modifications that should be made to the Common Areas and Landscape Maintenance Easement Areas to assure the aesthetic beauty of these areas. Assist the Board with the development of landscape maintenance specifications and selection of a landscape maintenance company.
