Our organization fosters community spirit by providing essential updates and creating a platform for members to connect and communicate. Homes located on individual lots may be leased for single-family residential use, including short-term rentals. To help maintain the character of our community while still offering flexibility to homeowners, short-term rentals are permitted with a minimum lease duration of one (1) week.
For all leasing arrangements, tenants are required to acknowledge receipt of the community’s bylaws, restrictions, regulations, and rules, and should also be provided with a copy of the declaration. This shared understanding helps ensure consistency, promotes a positive living environment, and supports the long-term quality and appeal of our community for both homeowners and residents.
For owners leasing their home, please remember that your personal access code should not be provided to guests or tenants. To ensure your tenants have appropriate access to the community, please be sure to submit a unique gate access code for each tenant and/or visitor. For your convenience the gate code request link has been included below and is always available on the community website.

Community Management
Oversight for our Association is provided by the Association's Board of Directors, a community-elected group of ECM property owners. The Board of Directors is supported through professional management services provided by Kuester Management Group.
