Payment Options                 

As a homeowner, you have several payment options. You can mail a check, pay online, or sign up for a direct draft. Please see the below option information.

AutoPay / Automatic Draft

Enjoy a hassle-free way to pay with no processing fees.

To enroll, submit the ACH Direct Draft Form by the 25th of any month for the draft to begin the following month.

This option allows Kuester to securely withdraw payments from your account without additional fees, helping the Association save on mailing costs.

Mail a Check

Checks should be made out to Sunalei Preserve Property Owners Association, Inc., the account number provided in the memo field, and mailed to:

Pay Online

Online payments can be made by credit card or check and can be set up as recurring payments.

Please note that there is a processing fee associated with these payment methods that is charged by the third-party processing center.

This fee is outside of Kuester Management Group's control and cannot be waived or refunded.

 Additionally, online recurring payments are not automatically changed if your assessment changes, you will need to update the payment amount annually. 

**Please Note: A fee will be assessed to your HOA account for any payments returned as unpaid.**
