As a Homeowner, you have the rights to have access to specific documents for the community. These documents include the Governing Documents, Balance Sheet, Income Statements, and Minutes. In order to facilitate ease of access, the management team uploads these documents to the website automatically for you to review.
Please note the below information regarding certain documents:
Balance Sheet and Income Statement:
These documents are published on the 25th of each month (or the following business day) for the prior month. For example, the January financial documents will be posted on February 25th.
Only approved Minutes are posted on the website. This means that if the Board has not approved a set of minutes, they will not yet be posted to the website.
Additionally, any confidential homeowner information will be redacted from the document before posting to protect the privacy of the membership.
