Community Documents

As a homeowner, you have access to specific documents within the community, including Governing Documents, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Meeting Minutes.

To make these documents easily accessible, the management team will automatically upload them to the website for your review.

Important Information:

1. Balance Sheets and Income Statements:
   These documents are published on the 25th of each month (or the following business day) for the previous month. For example, the financial documents for January will be posted on February 25th.

2. Meeting Minutes:
   Only approved meeting minutes are posted on the website. If the Board has not yet approved a set of minutes, they will not be available on the website.
   Additionally, any confidential homeowner information will be redacted before posting to protect the privacy of the membership.

3. Document Requests:
   If you cannot find the document you are looking for or would like to request a specific document not posted, please click here to request the document.
   Each request will be reviewed by the Board of Directors, and a decision will be issued as soon as possible. You will be notified of the Board’s decision in writing via email.
