Annual Meeting

November 12, 2026 at 6pm

The meeting will be held in person at the location below:

South Park Regional Library-7015 Carnegie Blvd.

The purpose of this meeting is to review the 2026 Financials, discuss the 2027 budget and elect Board Members.

Insurance Certificates

There are additional documents available in the Insurance Documents folder.

If you are: a Condo Owner and this request is for an annual renewal, or any other request that does not involve a new loan, please forward the letter you received from your lender requesting an updated certificate to CS@iCerts.com for instructions and further assistance.

• If this is for a renewal, one customized certificate per year will be available to each unit owner based upon an association’s annual renewal event (not a new loan), on or after the renewal date of the association.
• If a “generic” certificate is required for your own records (or to outside insurance agents for claims or policy comparisons), one will be provided by contacting our office directly and requesting it (will not include the unit owner or mortgagee clause).

The Board of Directors has selected Metro Greenscape to service the community's landscape needs. 

The landscaper for the community services all portions of the community, including individual lots. It is important for residents to ensure that all personal items are removed from the grass during this time. From time to time, services will vary depending on the time of year. Updates on services will be provided in the Recent Updates section below as they are available.

The Community Pool is located at 2717 Selwyn Avenue.

Access to the Pool is via code only!

Committees are a vital part of every community.

Volunteering for a committee allows homeowners to provide insight and ideas to the Board, engage with neighbors, and learn more about community operations.

If you are interested in joining a committee that your community has established, please use the link below to submit your interest. If your community does not have a committee that you are currently interested in, but you would like to start a committee, please email support@kuester.com with your idea so that the management team can provide it to the Board of Directors.
