McCullough Pool Rules

Lap Swim:

Available at the NC: Miller Glen Pool only!

Please complete this form. Once it has been received, please allow 24-48 business hours for confirmation that your fob has been activated for the early lap swim hours. Only those homeowners who have completed this form annually will receive fob access for lap swim.

Lap swim hours:

• 6/10/24 – 7/19/24: Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri – 6:00 am – 9:00 am
• 2 of 6 lanes will be available for lap swimming
• McCullough Swim Team will be utilizing the remaining 4 lanes

• 7/21/24 – 9/29/24: Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri – 6:00 am – 9:00 am
  • all 6 lanes available for lap swimming

• Access devices are mailed directly from our vendor. NO access devices are kept onsite. Please request your fob/access card in advance of when you want to use it to avoid any delays.
• It may take up to two (2) weeks to receive your access device! Any requests made after 0 may not arrive in time for opening day.
• If you still have your device from last year (or have already submitted a request), you do not need to request a new one.
• Access devices can only be requested by owners. Any requests submitted by a tenant will be denied.
• Any access device fees will be charged directly to your account.
• Your account must be current before we can process your access device request. 

• If your existing fob has an issue - please email Support@Kuester.com with a photo of the numbers on the card. Please include last use attempt details (date, time, location of swipe).
