Leasing Restrictions & Application Process |
McCullough Neighborhood Association, Inc. has Lease Restrictions outlined in the CC&Rs and Board Resolution. Homeowners must follow these requirements before leasing their property: π Lease Restrictions Include: βοΈ Leasing Permit Required β Owners must apply for and receive approval before leasing their home. βοΈ Eligibility Requirements β Leasing permits will not be approved if:
βοΈ Lease Notification β Owners must provide written notice within ten (10) days of executing a lease, including:
π Submitting a Lease Application π‘ Homeowners (not prospective buyers) must submit the application themselves. Lease approval does not transfer between owners. π

Rental Application Processπ What to Expect After Submitting Your Application βοΈ Review & Decision (Within 1 Week) β Your application will be approved or denied within one week of submission. βοΈ If Approved β You will have 90 days to submit an executed lease following the instructions provided in your approval email. Failure to provide an executed lease within 90 days will result in your approval to lease being revoked. βοΈ If Denied Due to Rental Cap β Your property will be placed on the Rental Waitlist until space becomes available. β³ Waitlist Timing β There is no set timeframe for how long a property may remain on the waitlist. Once approved, owners may continue leasing their home indefinitely, unless they sell or choose to discontinue renting. At that time, the next property on the waitlist will be moved to the Approved Leasing List. β οΈ Important Compliance Notice β Leasing your home without Association approval violates the Governing Documents and may result in a Board hearing and possible fines of up to $100 per day until compliance is met. π© Questions?
