McCullough Onsite Community Association Manager:

Ms. Megan Smith, CMCA, AMS

Meg Smith is your dedicated, full-time Community Association Manager for McCullough Neighborhood. She’s here to assist with your questions, concerns, and community needs. Her office is located at the Clubhouse at 12030 Miller Glen. We encourage you to schedule an appointment with Meg during her open office hours by visiting Reservations under the Amenities page. For additional assistance, feel free to contact her directly at McCullough@Kuester.com.

US Lawns is proud to be our Community Landscape Partner.

HOA Common Areas: For work orders related to community common areas, please submit a work order by visiting My Profile, My Work Orders.
North Carolina Single Family Homes (SFH): For landscaping questions or work orders specific to your home, please contact US Lawns directly at mccullough@uslawnsnc.com.

Board Meeting Info

The McCullough Board of Directors meets regularly to keep our community thriving!

Monthly Board Meetings: Held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
- Executive Session (closed): Begins first.
- General Session: Following the adjournment of the Executive Session.
Private Hearings (Executive Session): Held virtually on the second Thursday of each month at noon, as needed.
Quarterly Community Meetings: Join us virtually at 6:00 p.m. in January, April, and July for updates and engagement.
Annual Meeting: Held in Quarter 4—we look forward to seeing you there!

McCullough Architectural Modification Information

Planning to embark on exterior renovations? We appreciate your commitment to enhancing the community's aesthetics.

To kick off your journey on the right track, we encourage you to dive into the Governance page, placing special attention to the Neighborhood Living Standards (NLS) and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs). While some modifications don't demand an ARC application, we kindly request that you double-check that yours falls into that category. We're all for a smooth and hassle-free process, and we'd rather not rain on your parade with violation letters for projects that do require an application. Let's keep things rolling smoothly together!

If your project requires an application, kindly complete and submit an ARC Application for a thorough evaluation by our Standards Committee. Your compliance with this procedure is greatly appreciated.

Exterior Painting Options: Ready to give your home's exterior paint a refresh? Below is the link to all the approved colors for siding, trim, front doors, garage doors, and more in McCullough. Please include the names of each color to be used on your home's siding, trim, etc. in the ARC request you submit. McCullough Color Samples (pictures & spreadsheet included).

Fitness Center

Information

NEW in 2025: Fitness Center Hours: 5:00 am - 11:30 pm

The Exercise Room is open to McCullough residents.

Our exercise room includes:

weight machine
bench
free weights

Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please follow these guidelines while using the Fitness Center:

Guests: Must always be accompanied by a McCullough resident.
Health Precautions: Consult a physician before using the fitness facilities if you have any health concerns, including pregnancy.
Personal Responsibility: Residents assume full responsibility for their health and any potential injury. Proper equipment use is the responsibility of each user.
Equipment Use: Return equipment to its proper location and limit usage to 30 minutes if others are waiting.
Cleanliness: Wipe down equipment with the provided disinfectant after use.
Facility Care: Turn off the TV and lights when leaving. Adjusting the thermostat is not permitted.
Safety: Closed-toe shoes are required at all times. Food and drinks (other than bottled water) are not allowed.
Behavior: Horseplay, profanity, disruptive conduct, and indiscreet behavior are strictly prohibited.
Children: Those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Lost Items: Staff is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
