Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. We begin in Executive Session (closed) and move to General Session once the Executive Session is adjourned. Private hearings (Executive Session) are held virtually on the second Thursday of every month at noon on an as-needed basis. Please note: We hold Quarterly Community Meetings in January, April, and July at the clubhouse at 6:00 p.m., and we would love to see you there! If you have a topic to discuss with us, please email it before the meeting to McCullough@kuester.com and we will be in touch.

Planning to embark on exterior renovations? We appreciate your commitment to enhancing the community's aesthetics. To kick off your journey on the right track, we encourage you to dive into the Governance page, placing special attention to the Neighborhood Living Standards (NLS) and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs). While some modifications don't demand an ARC application, we kindly request that you double-check that yours falls into that category. We're all for a smooth and hassle-free process, and we'd rather not rain on your parade with violation letters for projects that do require an application. Let's keep things rolling smoothly together! If your project requires an application, kindly complete and submit an ARC Application for a thorough evaluation by our Standards Committee. Your compliance with this procedure is greatly appreciated. Exterior Painting Options: Ready to give your home's exterior paint a refresh? Below is the link to all the approved colors for siding, trim, front doors, garage doors, and more in McCullough. Please include the names of each color to be used on your home's siding, trim, etc. in the ARC request you submit. McCullough Color Samples (pictures & spreadsheet included)
