Virtual Annual Meeting

Was held November 13, 2025, at 6PM

The 2025 Assessments will remain unchanged and be billed at $275.32, to be paid in (, quarterly, ) installments of $1,101.28 in (January, April, October, December) 

The Board of Directors has selected Landcare to service the community's landscape needs. 

The landscaper for the community services the common areas within the community. During the service visits, you will see a variety of tasks depending on the time of year, which may include mowing, edging, weeding, installing bed cover, and replacing plants. If you notice a service issue or other landscape need, please enter a work order on the My Work Orders page. 

The Community Pool is located at 970 Heronglen Drive.

Committees are a vital part of every community.

Volunteering for a committee allows homeowners to provide insight and ideas to the Board, engage with neighbors, and learn more about community operations.

If you are interested in joining a committee that your community has established, please use the link below to submit your interest. If your community does not have a committee that you are currently interested in, but you would like to start a committee, please email support@kuester.com with your idea so that the management team can provide it to the Board of Directors.
