Community Landscape Information | Swim Team Information |
The Board of Directors has selected Providence Landscape Group (PLG) to service the community's landscape needs. The landscaper for the community services the common areas within the community. Also included, are specific subsections within the community; Saddlebrook & Sundance. During the service visits, you will see a variety of tasks depending on the time of year, which may include mowing, edging, weeding, installing bed cover, and replacing plants. If you notice a service issue or other landscape need, please report the issue directly to PLG here. | The Stone Creek Ranch Waves swim team registration is open for residents ages 5-18. Please visit the website http://scrwaves.swimtopia.com for additional information. Please note: There is a $100.00 pre-approved amount that will ONLY be charges if you do not fulfill your meet volunteer commitment. The North Community Pool is located at 5210 Camp Verde Lane and the South Community Pool is located at 6620 Raffia Road. Pool Dates South Pool
9 AM to 9 PM *Before Memorial Day, the South pool is closed on weekdays **There will be an attendant on site Monday- Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 1 PM to 9 PM ***Memorial Day and July 4 the attendant will be on duty from 12 PM to 9 PM Access to the Pool is via Fob only! To receive a new or replacement fob, Replacement Fobs are $25 each Guest Policy Four (4) Guests per Household $2 Charge per Guest | The clubhouses are reopened for rental. Residents renting the clubhouse are responsible for the removal of all trash from the facility following their rental. Failure to do so may result in post-rental fines. The Clubhouse is an amenity designed for and paid for by the homeowners. The Clubhouse is available to rent as a benefit to homeowners and to derive revenue to offset maintenance and cleaning expenses for the facility. For additional information on reservations, policies, and fees; please use the links and information below. The maximum capacity of the North and South Clubhouses is seventy-five (75) people. Rental Time Frames Half Day: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Half Day: 5:00 PM - Midnight Full Day: 9:00 AM - Midnight Rental Rates Weekdays Weekends $100 - Half Day $125 - Half Day $150 - Full Day $175 - Full Day Cancellations within seven (7) days of your event will result in a cancellation fee: $50 for a half-day rental or $75 for a full-day rental.
