Unit owners are responsible for the contents and any improvements or betterments that have been made in addition to the basic original unit. Each Unit owner should have a HO-6 policy that will provide coverage for contents as well as additional living expenses in the event of a loss. If the Homeowner have improvements in addition to the base unit they should insure that as well.
