Trash Removal: Garbage bins must be stored inside your garage or behind your house (screened from street view).  Garbage bins may be placed at the curb the night before collection and must be removed by midnight the day of collection.

Parking: Except to accommodate overflow guests' parking for short periods, on-street parking is prohibited.  No commercial vehicles may be parked in Sedona at Stone Creek, with the exception of temporary parking for deliveries, repairs, etc. and for vehicles that are fully enclosed in the attached garage of a dwelling.
