As a Homeowner, you have access to specific documents within the community. These documents include; Governing Documents, Balance Sheet, Income Statements, and Minutes. To facilitate ease of access, the management team will upload these documents to the website automatically for you to review. Please note the below information regarding certain documents:
Additionally, any confidential homeowner information will be redacted from the document before posting to protect the privacy of the membership. If you cannot find the document that you are looking for, or would like to request a specific document that is not posted, please click here to request the document. Each document request will be reviewed by the Board of Directors, and a decision issued as soon as possible. Any requestor will be notified of the decision of the Board in writing via email. |
